About the Watford Crisis Café

Our Watford Crisis Café is open every evening from 7pm to 1am , seven days a week, 365 days a year.

We have a warm and welcoming lounge area where you can speak to a member of the team or complete a relaxing activity, with space in one-to-one rooms for confidential support.

If you are in distress and would like to talk to one of our experienced staff, please call us during our opening hours on 01923 256391 to see how we can best support you.

Thank you so much for providing the service you provide. I’m not even thinking about my anxiety now. I probably would have ended up self-harming and going to A&E so I’m really grateful.
