About our service
Mind in Mid Herts and Hertfordshire Mind Network are working in partnership to provide support to Lister and Watford General Hospital A&E staff to improve crisis care pathways for adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
The A&E Link Workers support adults to access alternative mental health crisis support, including our Nightlight Crisis Service, particularly where it will be helpful for the individual to leave the hospital setting and be welcomed in to a calmer, quieter environment.
The A&E Link Workers work alongside adults aged 18+ who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
