If you’re feeling overwhelmed, upset, or worried, our Nightlight Crisis Helpline is here for you. Just give us a call, and we’ll listen and offer support, so you don’t have to go through it alone.

Nightlight is a countywide, out-of-hours mental health crisis service providing a safe and welcoming space for anyone struggling with their mental health. Whether you’re distressed or facing a crisis, we’re here to help.

Our Crisis Cafés and Helpline are open every evening. If you’d like to talk or visit in person, call us any day of the week between 7pm and 1am on 01923 256391.
