Our Crisis Cafés are open every evening for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis. We offer a safe, homely, and welcoming space for those feeling distressed and in need of support.
Our Crisis Cafés are staffed by a team of crisis support workers, coordinators, and volunteers who are here to listen and support you during your crisis. We understand that everyone’s situation is unique, and we’re here to help in a way that suits you, whether that’s through conversation or simply giving you time to yourself.
