About our Stevenage Crisis Café

Our Stevenage Crisis Café is open every evening for people who are experiencing a mental health crisis. It is open from 7pm to 1am every evening, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

If you are in distress and would like to talk to one of our experienced staff, please call us during our opening hours on 01923 256391 to see how we can best support you.

Thank you so much for listening to me. I felt so lonely before I spoke with you.

Access and facilities

We have a safe space inside the Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre, Lytton Way – round the corner from the bus station. If you go up the stairs as if you are going to the train station, you will see a door on the left for the Crisis Café.

The venue has disabled access and accessible toilets.
