Welcome to Nightlight
Nightlight is a countywide out-of-hours mental health crisis service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing a crisis.
Our Crisis Cafés and Crisis Helpline are open every evening for people who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
If you want to speak to us on the phone, or if you would like to come in and see us, simply give us a call on any day of the week at any time between 7pm and 1am on 01923 256391
Hemel Hempstead Crisis House
Our Nightlight Crisis House provides a safe, homely and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing a crisis.
The Crisis House offers a safe haven for you to use if you are in crisis and want some time out or would like to talk through the issues that you are experiencing with someone who will listen, but not make judgements.
